Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Flutter developer experience required and 7+ years of overall Developer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and demonstrated team-player. You will be a Development Architect responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Designs, analyzes, writes, tests and documents code for new or existing software application.
- Creates application specifications, diagrams, flow charts and other documentation to support the design and development if needed.
- Develops innovative technical designs and collaborates with team members to develop and maintain code quality and standards.
- Facilitates meetings and effectively communicates between different levels of the organization.
- Leads a team while also contributing to the codebase.
- Develops and validates the architecture and high-level solution design against business requirements- balancing goals and constraints.
- Ensures that the applications comply with industry standards and best practices for security, accessibility, and privacy.
- Works with the development team to ensure that the architecture is scalable, maintainable and meets the needs of the business.
- Defines and leads technology proof of concepts to ensure feasibility of architecture solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Bachelor’s degree and/or industry certifications in engineering, computer information systems, or other related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant work expertise in Flutter Development and 7+ years experience developing mobile and web applications.
- Familiar with common Flutter frameworks and APIs.
- Familiar with common Flutter architecture patterns.
- Experience with iOS and Android builds and deploys to TestFlight and Test Track.
- Skilled in Agile Methodologies of Scrum, Kanban, sprints, and ticket sizing.
